Deck of Cards

30 Minute Workout for All!

Our Deck of Cards workout is a 30 minute, at your own pace, high intensity, fun fitness "sweat". Each suit is assigned an exercise and everyone participates in pulling a card from the deck. All fitness levels can benefit from this total body workout as we move for 30 minutes and utilize all of our muscle groups. We begin promptly on Saturdays at 10:30am, finish by 11:00am and guarantee a good sweat with great camaraderie!
